Service Description
We work with you to design a piece you will love. Recycle old jewellery into new, more modern pieces, or start fresh with new materials.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum custom order is $500. Bespoke commissions are available selectively, based on design requirements and creative fit. We do not alter or duplicate existing pieces. Acceptance is subject to current workload and availability. Pieces are custom designed using 3d rendering software. Gold and silver only. Client supplied gold will be credited at 65% current market value towards the balance. Expect 3-5 weeks for completion of the project, any delays will be clearly communicated. Rush orders under 2 weeks available for an additional fee. A signed contract listing all policies is required. Deposit of 50% is required to secure the project. Deposit is non-refundable even in the event you choose to terminate the project. Once the final design is approved work will begin. Remaining balance must be paid for the item to be handed over to you. Refunds and/or exchanges are not offered for custom jewellery. All sales are final. Please inspect your jewellery carefully at pick up to ensure the piece is acceptable. Once you have paid and taken your item we can not be responsible for damage that may occur after leaving the studio. If you are unsatisfied with the piece please let us know right away so we can discuss a resolution.
